The different colours knit different patterns and the same colour will have different effects depending on the pattern and the number of stitches etc.
Escapade is an Elle yarn. It is a double knitting and comes in 100g balls with 300m. Recommended needles are 3.25mm - 4mm with a tension of 22 stitches and 30 rows to 10cm. It costs £2.99.
The colours are great as you can see and this yarn is becoming more and more popular. As I said in the April newsletter below, it is great for novice knitters who can get a bit of fancy colourwork going with out the worry of tension and not twisting yarn and getting holes. It is also great for experienced knitters who can get the fancy patterning going when they just want to chill and take it easy for a change.
